Very satisfied. Beautiful scenery, considerate service, the hotel provides free shuttle bus to the city center from Monday to Saturday, and the price of airport pick-up is reasonable. The restaurant is average, it would be more perfect if there were more dishes

Very relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
Vilas are very comfortable with ocean views. Very clean and restaurant offers a nice selection of food.

Amazing stay at Tamanu
We experienced a wonderful 4 night stay
The bed was so comfortable.
breakfast was nice.
The menu's for lunch and dinner had variety.
The resort is well maintained.

Good hotel with great views of beach and friendly staff . First day the internet didn’t work and was fixed the next day .very windy and cannot swim or dip in the beach full of corals and swell too strong .the hotel could do some renovations to room and upgrade linen since it’s not worth the price you pay .maybe consider enclosed eating area for those who don’t appreciate being annoyed by bugs flying around you , there seemed to be a wasp nest just outside my bathroom . Food was great and staff accomodating to change things around . There was no charge for room service which is a plus .

Had the chance to enjoy this slice of paradise. Away from the crowds in Port Vila, Tamanu is in a peaceful right on the coral beach. Food was excellent!!! They arranaged tours and drivers for us. Service was great and the restaurant people really made the difference! Isabelle, Jenny, Loys were great! Bill the driver also added to our enjoyment. Eva the manager made us feel at home. Rooms!Villas are large and cleam. Comfortae beds, great AC and we were on the beach with sea views and surf rolling. Had our own plunge pool which I really enjoyed. Its a great place to relax!

We’ve just returned from 5 days at Tamanu and we are already missing the smiling faces of the staff, the incredible views from our villa and the delicious meals. If you want to recharge your batteries, indulge in some feel- good massages, wake up to glorious vistas and do as much or as little as you want, this is the place.

I would have given tamanu six stars if they had that option. The place is beautiful and location on the beach makes it very relaxing. Excellent food and wide variety for different diet options. The staff is wonderful and made us feel like family. Thank you for an amazing stay especially Alice, Isabelle, Evy and the entire staff. Looking forward to coming back one day.

My partner and I visited for lunch on a Saturday around 11:15 AM. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. We ordered wedges, prawn fettuccine, lamb rack, and two trio ice creams. The wedges and prawn fettuccine arrived promptly, within about 15 minutes. However, we waited longer than expected for the lamb rack. A waiter came by to check on us, and when I asked about the lamb, she was surprised to find it had been out of stock. I was then asked to order something else. I opted for the eye fillet steak, which arrived 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, I found a piece of plastic wrap under the potato gratin that came with the steak. Since I was quite hungry after waiting, I simply removed the plastic and continued with the meal. The waiter came over to address the issue, but given the delays, we decided it was fine and canceled our ice cream order, as it was already 12:30 PM. Overall, the staff were kind, and the environment was enjoyable. However, I would suggest that waitstaff confirm the availability of dishes before taking orders and that the kitchen staff carefully check meals before serving them
